Booking policies

  • Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), EC-card, bank transfer or Satispay.

  • The deposit must be paid within 48 hours after our booking confirmation.

  • For APARTMENTS:
    deposit/payment
    50 % as confirmation for each booking,
    100 % from 28 days before arrival.
    Costs in case of cancellation:
    up to 29 days before arrival: free of charge.
    from 28 days (4 weeks) before arrival: 100 % of the total price.

  • For CAMPER / TENTS:
    deposit/payment
    no deposit required, except for reservations during the period of 8.-23. August 2026:
    100 % from 14 days before arrival.
    costs in case of cancellation:
    up to 15 days before arrival: free of charge.
    from 14 days (2 weeks) before arrival:
    100 % of the total price.

Sconto

For stays of 7 days or more in your own camper or tent, we offer a discount. See price list.

Tourist Tax

There is a tourist tax of € 1.00 per adult per day,
maximum for 7 days (= € 7.00).

Tatanka Village

Check in: 14:00 – 18:00
Check out: until 11:00

Dogs are not allowed in Tatanka Village area and insite the tipis.

The Bar Lou Dahu offers breakfast, snacks, dinner, and barbecue (additional costs).

It is recommended to book dinner at the restaurant (additional costs).

BBQ area must be reserved in advance.

Late Check-In (18:00-20:30) by prior agreement only:
additional cost 15,00 €.

The reservation (deposit included) must be completed at least 48 hours before arrival.

! In high-season Tatanka might be booked out up to 2 weeks in advance !
